Through the following notice, we wish to remind you of the applicable extension period for the border closure stipulated on June 29th, 2020.
According to Executive Decree 42432-MGP-S, the border closure is extended in all migratory posts, whether by air, sea, land, or river, until August 1st, 2020.
Additionally, the sanitary actions carried out by the Ministry of Health will be applied to foreigners who have an authorized legal permanence under the migratory categories of Permanent Residence, Temporary Residence, Special Categories or Non-residents Stay subcategory, who leave the country between 11:59 p.m. on March 25th and 11:59 p.m. on August 1st, 2020, inclusive.
The other immigration measures issued under Executive Decrees 42287 – MGP-S, 42238 – MGP-S and 42256 – MGP – S remain in force.
