Eric is an attorney at law who has extensive experience in Civil, Commercial and Civil Procedural Law, specifically in what refers to Litigation, as he worked in the Costa Rican Judiciary Branch as a Judicial Official, providing support to different offices within said system, namely Civil, Judicial Collection, and Civil Collegiate Courts. The latter were established in the year 2018, with the entry into force of the Costa Rican Law on Civil Procedures.
He is also a University Professor at the Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica, specifically in the Business Administration Technicians program at this University’s Business Administration School. This program is focused on human talent management and began in 2020. He was also part of the team of professionals in charge of developing the course on Labor Legislation.
