Javier is an experienced lawyer, with more than 20 years working in important law firms in Costa Rica and for the Costa Rican Government. He formerly had an active role in the Costa Rica Ministry of Foreign Trade and in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; he was a Trade Negotiator and was appointed Consul General of Costa Rica in Singapore and Ambassador of Costa Rica in Qatar. With a Masters Degree in Law and Economics, in Utrecht University (the Netherlands) and a Masters Degree in International Business Law, in Complutense University (Madrid, Spain), Javier is considered one of the top rated lawyers in Costa Rica.
