Luis Pedro Guerra
Guatemala

Lawyer and Notary

Luis Pedro Guerra joined A.D. Sosa & Soto in 2017. Since then, he has focused his practice on litigation in the areas of civil, contract, and tax law. He has also litigated issues relating to constitutional, labor, and administrative law. As a litigator, Mr. Guerra has provided counsel and crafted litigation strategies for national and transnational companies. He enjoys litigation because it requires analysis and creativity. No matter his years as a litigator, Mr. Guerra believes each case is different and demands its own approach, efficient time management, and a readiness to think fast and react on the spot.

Prior to joining A.D. Sosa & Soto, Mr. Guerra worked at the Registro Nacional de las Personas where he provided legal assistance in matters related to administrative, civil, notary, and international law; and Asesores Juridicos Profesionales where he counseled on several areas of the law and reviewed legal opinions regarding international treaties.
