Jimena specializes in corporate, contractual, corporate governance, and notarial law, with extensive experience in effectively managing transactions for our clients’ businesses, as well as establishing companies at both the national and regional levels. She advises clients throughout the incorporation and contractual formalization process, while also providing ongoing support on their day-to-day operations.
She advises on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters in Costa Rica, as well as shareholders’ agreements and best practices in corporate affairs. Jimena takes an active role in her clients’ operations, providing day-to-day support in decision-making and legal advice on strategic matters. She also structures and negotiates commercial agreements that support her clients’ ongoing operations and business expansion.
