 AUMENTO SOBRE LOS APORTES
AL RÉGIMEN DE PENSIONES DEL IVM DE LA CCSS
Estimados clientes, se les recuerda que, a partir del 01 enero del año 2023, empieza a regir el incremento escalonado y tripartito (Patrono – Trabajador – Estado) para los aportes al Seguro por Invalidez, Vejez y Muerte (IVM), aprobado por la Junta Directiva de la CCSS, mediante sesión Nº 9038 de 20 de junio de 2019 vigentes durante el trienio 2023 – 2026.

Dicho acuerdo, significa un incremento en los aportes de las cargas obrero-patronales, los cuales, a partir de su entrada en vigencia, se calcularán sobre el salario bruto de los trabajadores, en un 26.67% para los patronos y un 10.67% para los trabajadores. Dicho incremento, aplica para los patronos y trabajadores, tanto del sector público como del privado.

El Estado, también está obligado a aportar un 1,57%. Este incremento, tiene por objetivo, contribuir a la sostenibilidad del Régimen de Pensiones del IVM – CCSS, que reúne a todos los cotizantes de la institución.

INCREASE IN CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE IVM PENSION
SYSTEM OF THE CCSS
Dear clients, it is hereby reminded that as of January 1st, 2023, the progressive and tripartite increase (Employer – Worker – State) for the contributions to the Disability, Old Age and Death Insurance (IVM), approved by the Board of Directors of the CCSS, through session No. 9038 of June 20th, 2019, in force during the three-year period 2023 – 2026, will be in effect.

Said agreement means an increase in the contributions of the worker-employer charges, which, as of its entry into force, will be calculated on the gross salary of the workers, by 26.67% for the employers and 10.67% for the workers. This increase applies to employers and workers, both in the public and private sectors.

The State is also obliged to contribute 1.57%. The purpose of this increase is to contribute to the sustainability of the IVM – CCSS Pension System, which includes all contributors to the institution.
