Aura Córdova has been practicing law in the real estate division since 2016. Ms. Córdova’s practice focuses on complex real estate negotiations, from individual real estate transactions to the planning and execution of large-scale real estate projects.

With extensive experience in real estate projects, such as shopping centers, housing projects, and multi-use buildings, Ms. Córdova has developed a deep understanding of all stages of the real estate process. This includes the planning and acquisition of land, the preparation of documents related to the construction and development of projects, as well as the creation of horizontal property regimes, as well as contracts with potential clients who will acquire each of the units.

In addition to her experience in real estate projects, Ms. Córdova has acquired valuable experience in the management and operation of plazas and shopping centers, which has allowed her to develop specialized skills in particular real estate negotiations and commercial asset management.

Ms. Córdova focuses on establishing trusting relationships with her clients, providing them with personalized advice and effective solutions. In addition to her experience in real estate law, she has also worked in civil, commercial and corporate law, including drafting contracts and agreements in these areas.

Currently, Ms. Córdova seeks to expand her practice to include civil and commercial agreements on an international level, leveraging the firm’s experience and involvement in the success of multinational companies in Guatemala and Central America.
