Fredy Miguel Salgado joins Tactic Legal as Of Counsel in Honduras, bringing extensive experience in Intellectual Property and over seven years of comprehensive legal advisory services to companies and individuals. With a strong academic background as a Master in Business Law from the Central American Technological University, Fredy is recognized for his strategic approach and expertise in key areas such as corporate, labor, administrative, and trademark law.
Throughout his career, he has led projects related to trademark portfolio management, regulatory health processes, and the acquisition of environmental and operational licenses, making him a strategic partner for both multinational and local companies. He has also worked on contract management, due diligence processes, and advisory on tax and customs matters.
Before joining Tactic Legal, Fredy held key roles at prestigious legal firms in Honduras, such as Lequs Abogados and BLP Honduras. He stood out for his leadership in complex cases and negotiation skills. His experience includes obtaining permits for infrastructure, hydrocarbons, and transportation projects, as well as the registration of national and foreign companies and aircraft.
