Jean Carlo is a lawyer specialized in Administrative Law, more specifically in the area of public procurement and public-private partnerships, with more than fifteen years of experience in this field.

He has a vast experience in the managing of contracting processes in different national and international instances that have resulted in the adjudication of projects of more than USD $200,000,000.00. In addition, he has given training lectures on administrative contracting, mainly for companies in the medical and construction areas.

Furthermore, he has extensive experience in administrative litigation and administrative sanctioning processes, preparation, analysis, and review of contracts and agreements at a public and private level, and preparation of legal opinions in various law fields such as Commercial Law, Administrative Law, Municipal Law, among others.
