Jesús Fernández is a Lawyer and Notary with more than 21 years of experience in various branches of Law, advising national and international companies in their commercial activities in El Salvador. He has excelled in preventive advice in Labor, Business and Corporate Law, providing solutions to labor and administrative conflicts, both individual and collective, including the liquidation of unions. Currently, he advises companies with a significant presence in the labor market.
In the administrative, tax and corporate field, he has been a key player in the incorporation of companies, business restructuring and advice on sales processes, consolidating solid and efficient operations. He has also participated in administrative procedures for the elimination of municipal taxes, optimizing regulatory compliance and reducing the tax burdens of his clients.
In the area of Aeronautical Law, Jesús has an outstanding career, backed by two postgraduate degrees in this specialty. He is a registered trainer at the Aeronautical Training Institute of El Salvador (ICAE) and has played an essential role in the incorporation of airlines in the country.
Currently, he coordinates the area of Labor Law and administrative processes in the team.
