With experience advising companies and economic groups in the design and implementation of their corporate governance, tax planning, regulatory compliance and asset protection. He is a legal and public policy consultant for the development of Special Economic Zones in Honduras.

With extensive experience in strategic planning services, risk management, internal control, operational support to Boards of Directors and advice to family businesses.

Author and co-author of several studies on economic freedom, tax reform, liberalization of the energy market, special economic zones, constitutional law and civil liberties. International recognition for his defense of the taxpayer’s rights to due process, through which 15 of his 20 policy proposals were adopted by the National Congress in the country’s new Tax Code, benefiting more than 2 million registered taxpayers (Free Market Solutions to Poverty, 2017).

Jorge has a university degree in Law from the Private University of San Pedro Sula.”
