Jorge has extensive experience in the litigation area, in which he provides preventive consulting and advice to analyze each particular case, creating legal strategies to obtain favorable results for the client, both in the civil and commercial branches, in common, abbreviated and special processes, inheritance issues, as well as in family and labor matters.
Among his strengths, Jorge has extensive experience in matters related to the Law on the Control and Regulation of Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives and Similar Articles (CRAMEAS) and its Regulations, obtaining special permits, import authorizations, marketing of firearms and similar items, their general procedure for admission, as well as consulting and advising on participation in public tenders, direct contracts, free management, among others, with government entities.
