Wendy has extensive experience in Registry, Corporate, Immigration and Municipal Law. She has worked in the litigation area, providing advice on the filing of lawsuits and applications in different matters, such as family proceedings, civil and commercial executive proceedings, acceptance of inheritance, among others.

Wendy advises foreigners on obtaining Temporary and Permanent Residences, Work Permits, including Residences for their companions, as well as the completion of Permits to Leave the Country for Minors.

She mainly specializes in the registry area, performing her work in the different public registries, such as the Intellectual Property Registry, Commercial Registry, Registry of Movable Collateral and Real Estate and Mortgages, including the Geographic and National Cadastre Institute. In addition, she has extensive experience in consulting and business advice on the incorporation and registration of companies, including the management of legal books. Additionally, she has extensive knowledge of the different registry criteria at a national level.
